Yes "working" is a "business" alibet an illegal one, for if it were legal one could bring discrimination charges for being refused service. Just ask Denny's or Cracker Barrel about denying service based upon race.
Being as all this may, long as girls are writing totally non-enforceable legal ramblings on their adverts, why not just state up front who they will or will not see, as they do in personal adverts. Anyone who believes writing "funds are exchanged for my time only" or some such nonesense, yet belives they still can turn the date when he arrives and not get busted, pointing to the disclaimer, is living in a dream world. So why not just save everyone a bit of time and anger and write something along these lines:
"Please white, and goodlooking/muscular young (less than 40) males please. Discounts offered to those above whom I feel physically attracted to and or wish to spend time with. Same discount applies to those above listed persons who make promises of future social contacts such as but not limited to dating and or possible relationships. No Blacks, dark skinned Latinos, Thugs, obese persons, Jews, non-physically attractive persons, and or other persons deemed not worthy of my time. In the event I consent to provide service to the abovementioned "unattractive" persons I reserve the right to provide limited service. Such limited serivce is provided without promise of future contacts and no discounts."
Think that pretty much covers things. Everyone knows where they stand and no body's feelings get hurt.

Same here....Blacks, latinos, and particularly Asian chicks.......Plus i also know ive been been the victim of height discrimination lol......Fuck it, theres more girls right around the corner..dont bother me none....
