    Default Rib removal.. Would you ??

    Just wondering if , given the $$'s this may be a viable way for Trans girls to obtain that hourglass figure, and indeed have any girls gone as far as to have had this procedure.. ??

    Yes. And yes. It's pretty rare, though. A lot of girls corset train instead. I think I'm about to start doing it, too, but then, I've said that before and... nothing.

    seems pretty extreme.....not to even mention the potential damage to her organs/torso since ribs are meant to protect and support
