A concept I thought of

What if anytime there's a new girl on the scene she would be required to get fucked by a TS that has been in the game longer than her? The fuck would serve as a sort of rite of passage or an initiation to the game. The new TS would have the option to choose any TS that has been in the game for over 2 years for the initiation. So you'd probably have the new TS shoot a solo, then you'd have the new TS get fucked by the "older" TS, and then you'd have the new TS in scenes pretty much doing her own thing (Getting fucked by guys, fucking guys, fucking girls etc). What do you guys think of this concept?
