And you're giving credence to this insult by repeating it. If you took it for the nonsense that it is, you would not have had to repeat it under the guise that some unknown person said something which may or may not be true. That's a dodge. You were presenting it as a plausible explanation.

This seems to be an unpopular view in the thread, but I think excluding all people of a particular race from a service is racist, whether the justification is based on perceived attractiveness or perceived character traits. I've stated my reasons for believing this before but I figured I might as well throw that out there since I took exception to Raymond's comment and it is sort of the topic. Feel free to downvote if you think that's too harsh a view but since this dialogue has already taken place and gotten nowhere I'm kind of reluctant to hash it out again. One situation where I'd prefer a downvote to a rebuttal.

It is not racist to not find certain people attractive. It would be racist to say I won't see black clients because they steal (something I've seen written on these boards), but simply saying I don't find them attractive isn't racist. It's just the way it is. Some people like certain things. Your skin color or tone is a huge part of your overall appearance.
