Why is porn customer service so bad?

I have never experience worst customer service in my life. Grooby, SMC and a few other sites have GREAT customer service. Real people within their businesses will speak to you and resolve your problems. If you have a problem at a Grooby site, then they will fix the problem ASAP. They are 100% professional. However, most businesses are horrible. Scenes stay broken. Sites stay broken. Missing updates rarely return to sites.

I was a long time member at Brazzers and they have broken files on the site that are three years old. I see comments about broken files from 2011. I contacted support to fix the scenes. Brazzers never once responded to my email and the scenes are still broken. How can a site have a file broken for so many years? It doesn't make sense.

I joined Lethal Hardcore a year ago and it was full of broken 1080 files. Customers were complaining in the comment section. I just went straight to customer service and spoke to someone in chat. The guy said the file wasn't broken, but that it was broken in the member's area. Why didn't he check there?

So many sites do not have real links to their customer service. Most sites provide links to billing companies. Why is this? I understand people need to contact billers for payment problems. What about actually problems with the site? The billers are not responsible for the site itself. We need the site's contact info as well.

I just joined a site that was offering a FULL ACCESS special for $1. This is a well known company and I logged into the site. Well they lied and I only had trial access. I rechecked the ad and it says FULL ACCESS, not a trial. I called their customer service number to only find out that they are a billing a company. I called Epoch, the biller in this case. The rep was horrible. She kept saying that I bought a trial members, when I did not. I explained the advertisement to her and she argued that it was a trial membership without looking at the ad. I spoke to the supervisor and he said I need to contact the webmaster. Well I tried that and they only give contact information to billing companies. He claimed that his business does have contact information to webmasters. This doesn't make sense. How can a billing company do business with a porn site, but do not have contact information? The guy was clearly lying.

Can an insider in the business explain why this is a problem? Is this connected the culture of porn customers believing they should be "thankful" for whatever they get?

Dam sorry to hear that, my advice is don't fuck with those that have bad customer service and support the ones that do. my two cents.

well u said it, u need to go with the well known ones and avoid the others, all of them...

The same thing has happened to me too. Now I check out the reviews and ratings first and avoid the cheap shady looking sites.
