It's looking like I should get preauthorization approval for SRS from my insurer early this coming week, so in all likelihood by the end of the week I'll have a surgery date. Everything else is done. I know this is a long shot, but would there be any chance at all of getting a shoot with Amara - Sylvia Boots?
