The way I see it is that if someone wants to have SRS then no one has any say in the matter

To me there are 3 categories here

Everyone is different. There are pre-op, post-op, and non-op girls. Do you really think that people "become" transgender to do porn? No. The do porn because they can be appreciated, and more importantly, PAID for their unique physical attributes.
