Something has happened in the US over the years, and I cannot explain it to any degree of satisfaction. The mere fact that some people believe this raises more questions than answers. I can only assume most Americans who vote are not so deluded. But at the same time I feel there is a lost generation there somewhere, and I see no means whereby this portion of the American public can be reconciled with the rest, the chasm of reason is too wide.

I think its time this trinity had a go at government. On current form a donkey would do a better job than Mike Johnson, and may even certify the results of the 2024 election, given that Johnson refused the certification in 2020 and is probably going to reject the next one too. Yeah I know about the mascots, but the US is not in need of a mascot, or a jackass for the matter, as there are plenty of them to go round.
