People need to realize the difference between reality and fantasy. I have not seen a single taboo scene with pornstars acting as children.

At my opinion "incest porn" fantasies are an old topic in the history of porn. Very popular in 1980s US porn. As I know there were/are only few true incest videos on the market: gay twins or brothers - lesbian twins or sisters ... dependent whether these activities are legal or better not explicitly forbidden in the country of production
