What info do you expect to get from the girls that you can't get from your Doctor?

The risks of OWO and CIM are well documented online and there's plenty of discussions around the subject on here.

By taking PEP, you've probably taken all the preventative measures you can (after the event).

Your "symptoms" sound like guilt and paranoia but PEP itself is known to have a number of potential side effects, so it's probably worth researching those before jumping to conclusions.

I don't mean to be cruel but you're the one who chose not to use protection. There's a leason to be learned there.

Even if the risk of transmission is low, don't take it as an excuse to not go back to the doctors. Work on the assumption you've got an STD and err on the side of caution, take the meds, do what your doctor tells you and don't risk your health just for a fuck.

You are right. I suppose I should have worded my message differently. I didn't mean to ask about the symptoms or PEP, I meant my question to be about the behaviour of the escort; in other words, if this behaviour is common for escorts/porn actresses or a sign of a person who is more prone to risk taking than others. I am a newbie to this type of thing so I apologise if my post is silly. I certainly hope I am not offending anyone!

The majority of TS escorts are fine with doing OWO (both ways). Most who do OWO will also do CIM. I personally don't believe this is a sign of them being any more prone to risk taking as the risks involved are relatively low.

You are however being a bit naive to expect any escort/porn star to openly admit to taking risks over STD's. Any admission of something like that would almost certainly ruin their business.
