Jobs in the adult industry

I'm usually a lurker, but I've been wondering about what non-performer jobs (I definitely don't have the personality to be on screen or body for that matter lol.) are there behind the scenes, other than directing or photography. Also, what would be the requirements for them?

I've only encountered a grip on set a handful of times..it's typically just the model(s), and the all inclusive director/videographer/photographer. Depending on the company there can be a makeup/hair person and/or wardrobe person.

&&Just my opinion, the circuit is pretty tight-knit, you'll have to prove yourself in producing your own content/trades before even being considered to being hired

As others have said there's not much more on set for Ts porn...

Administratively & post-production there is work available. Editors, graphic designers, copy writers, marketing & PR jobs.

What about making investments? Is the business such a money printing press and/or so concentrated that a few backers matter and add value and no one else sees the deals?

There was a semi shady porn related private placement company and I got on their list before they went bust. Always wished I could have invested in some TS porn deal but never saw one. Seems like there would be more startup initiatives given all the talk of TS porn's popularity over the past decade give or take
