I prefer natural in most cases, but implants look nice if done right. 99% of the time, natural for me. I hate when they feel too hard and fake, which seems to be most of them. I know one girl who has implants that you really can't tell that they're fake. Natural is the way to go.

Implants! The only reason why is because hormones make a "strange" looking boob. Meaning, they look droopy and saggy, like just old nasty skin. "Faky's" look a lot better and keep the nipple and skin nicely a top the chest!
