I truly know less than nothing about this subject but watching Sarinas video makes me wonder...so many TG girls as they further their transition indulge in such exaggerated body and facial modification, sometimes to cartoonish levels in my opinion, do these women eventually hit a "Wall of ultimate femininity" with huge lips, boobs and an unreasonable hourglass figure eventually feel secure enough to dial back the surgery and not feel the need to be a living Vargas?
