That's not the point. The point is he is being ripped-off, having to pay a gringo-tax, solely because he is a foreigner. It doesn't matter if these p4p prices are considered cheap in your country or not. Let's say you and a buddy are going to a brothel in your home country and let's say your buddy has dark hair and you have blonde hair. It's called charging what the market will bear, which is what most businesses do. If she's charging more than others it's because she thinks she has special attributes that justify this. If she's wrong then she won't get much business and will have to drop the price.
