Finally

I want to start by saying that I have been a member here for some time but never really post. I realized about 10 years ago that I am transgender but I am from a small town in the South (I'd rather keep the details a bit vague at this time). I have to keep myself closeted for some time and as such have developed a some what masculine exterior. About a week ago, I decided I couldn't take it any more. I had to tell my family... I did... I no longer have family. I really can't bring myself to write more than that because it's still too fresh. You may wonder why I am writing this on a forum like this, rather than one geared more to supporting people like me. Well the truth is, I have always felt more comfortable here. I have always dreamed of being a pornstar, not as a last resort but because I love it. This is all to say, that tonight I am getting in my car and driving to Los Angeles. Once I arrive, I'll find work and a place. After that, I want to start my transition and figure out how to get into this community. I have no idea where to start but I look forward to the challenge. If anyone has some advice, I'd appreciate it, otherwise I look forward to posting my progress as I move forward.

I sympathize with your situation. After a long time of admiring t-girls, I started crossdressing now and then a few years ago, and now I'm coming to the realization that I'm transgender too. Whether I'll be able to keep it under wraps in real life for the sake of loved ones and whatnot I don't know.
