What do you mean? All foreskin pulls back, even if the foreskin is too small at the opening. You have to break your foreskin "cherry" and let it expand enough so you can pull it back without pain.

Houston- do a little research and u will see that you are incorrect. There are many people who are not circumzised whose skin does not go back.
