    Default thinking of going to germany to work seeking advice

    thinking of going to Germany to work (Berlin maybe Hamburg)
    would like to know where to be located
    weather to rent an apartment or hotel
    and the best place or places to advertise
    my german isnt so hot because im american and English is my first language.
    any info regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated
