I think China and India were mentioned because of the fact that they have the highest populations on the planet.

So, the more people there are in a given country, the greater the possibility of transsexuals existing within the population.
All that may be true, but would agree with those who've suggested Thailand, but what do i know.

Probably India since there is a belief of a third gender similar to Thailand, but it has a higher population. I know China has a lot, but due to the strict censoring and laws, not much is put on the internet nor would China allow themselves to be known for t-girl sex tourism like Thailand.

There are many more trans people in the US who never decide to transition or decide to transition much later in life after accepting themselves, otherwise the rate of t-girls would be higher.
