Well I have no industry connections I had the same feeling last year before arriving. I found it to be surprisingly inclusive, if you are a gentlemen the ladies are very friendly. I'm going as it was such a great time last year.

The nightclub itself doesnt allow baggy Im not 100 percent sure on their view on it due to it being a private thing. But! why not dress up to impress, this isnt a concert nor is it a "get together" rock some dress pants a v neck and a blazer!
