To Craigslist or not to Craigslist?

Ive been seriously thinking about taking the plunge and making fantasy a reality and meeting a tgirl. I have been looking in Craiglist. There are some cute girls in my area. But im hesitant still. Ive wondered if Craigslist is as safe as a dating site. Ive heard several bad things about Craigslist. Any thoughts?

Depends on what you're looking for. I've had success on craigslist but it's like sorting through garbage to find a diamond ring.

craigslist is hit or miss. there are girls that are honest and others that are bait and switch. there are other security concerns as well.

if a girl has a verified eros ad or reviews here or elsewhere, you might be better going that route.

Are you looking to date or are you looking for an escort?

For dating, craigslist is OK. Check out the "Casual Encounters>T4M" section. Be aware that a number of the ads (the good looking girls mostly) are actually escorts. Because craigslist was forced to get rid of their escort section, you'll find personal ads that are actually escorts (note the phone number in the ad). Overall, it's a mixed bag of nuts, so don't go in with high expectations. For dating, I'd actually suggest a real personals site (I use adultfriendfinder).

For escorts though, I'd suggest backpage. Of those escorts you find on craigslist, virtually none of them will have reviews. On backpage it's not too much better, but you maybe find reviews for 5% of them. The main benefit of backpage is that if you live in a small city, there's a backpage page for them, while on eros, the nearest represented city might be 100 miles away or more.

I personally swear by reviews. I won't see an escort that doesn't have any. That's an important method for staying safe.
