I did a little more surfing on the subject. It's really hard to find objective information on this topic that goes beyond the common held idea that this is prostatic in natue. Some things do keep recurring in any serious discussion on anal orgasms though. We've already discussed size. Odd thing here though is that a minority of women seem to have the same effect and it wouldn't be stimulation of the clitoral arms and depending on the size of the female, this "spot" would be in about 6"- 7" on a small female little over 5' and 8"-10" on one 5'10.
