I joined the Grooby archives and now that I want to cancel neither Grooby nor the billing company will co-operate in any way ! This is not the first time this has happened to me, as a matter of fact, I have had five subscriptions to Grooby sites over the years and every time I try to cancel it's the same runaround. You are very happy to take my money and loath to allow a cancellation. I sent an email to Grooby a week ago asking for help and there has been no response---this seems to just be the way they do business----but I think every one should know about it and think twice before signing up for anything from this company !!!!

Sure you'll get help but I'd like to add that in the 10+ years that I've been carrying memberships with Grooby I've never had 1 problem canceling.

You have to do it the proper way. Save your registration email in your porn folder, then copy membership # and email address in your cancellation.
