    Default Another Horrible Loss

    A Marine is accused of killing of a woman identified as a Filipino transgender. I enjoyed watching Laverne Cox present the T Word. I have a wonderful friend who went through a transformation to the woman she is today. It is so sad that is is dangerous being the person you were born to be.

    One of my friend's sons is on the same ship the accused Marine is from. The fleet is not allowed off their ships now. Coming from a former sailor, there is no sadder set of circumstances than to be in the Philippines with no liberty!!!! Why couldn't he just have asked for his short-time money back from mama-san?
