You've seen an extreme end of the sport that not all people with that interest attain or even strive for. Just the same...

I can't speak for the multiple hand thing, but having had some experience in the basics I can say that there is some initial pain on first entry, but once the muscles attune to the activity this goes away. It's also relative to experience and frequency and how aggressive the top is (Or how piggy the bottom tries to be). When I was with my last 'lover' (A 3G/lesbian GG), we played often and she had small-to-medium sized, flexible hands.
