What TS Pornstars are actually out as being HIV+
Alive or not alive.

I know Cali state govt. says pornstars must test (or they did at one stage), but then Cali is just one state and if (say) Alabama doesn't have such laws or Florida, then

the hiv test is bogus and gives a false reading so not sure what being hiv positive or negative means expect being a lab rat for the pharmicutical industry to take their overpriced drugs that dont work.

I would assume this would between rare and 'not a thing' for several reasons:

1. TS pornstars know the risks of infection.
2. They are reminded of the risks every time they are tested.
3. HIPPA would prevent others from outing them if they become HIV+.
4. They would not out themselves, as they would need money and both TS and HIV+ often lead to job discrimination in the US.

Anytime a performer does a scene they have a current test which is no more than 30 days old. most of the time the testing is even more frequent.

conversly the fine folks at aids.gov recommend once a year for people ages 15-44.

There was a bill that passed the state assembly but it died in the state senate so it was never passed. Only L.A. County has required condoms. The industry is suing to get it reversed.
