I'm not talking about doing that with every pic in a set, just the ones used in promos...and as far as a benefit is concerned, I agree, there isn't likely to be a monetary (or other) benefit for you, but for the model it may get her name out there a little bit better, and it would look good imo.

The models names are on the photo name. Most search engines can pick them up. Unless we were doing a very specific promo, the time involved wouldn't be worth it.
