Default Biometric Estrogen Effects I.E 2,4 digit lengths

I've posted on this subject concerning the hand 2 and 4th digit ratios as a possible indicator of being exposed to more estrogen during gestation and it's potential psychological effects as an adult. We discussed this here a while ago. I've come across 2 more that I've yet to find substatiating information on and wonder if any of you know of. They are supposed to be possible metrics for dysphoric individuals. First one is to place your hands straight down your sides, palm inwards against your legs whilst standing. Turn your palms facing outrward. A fully masculinized body with little estrogen effects should cause the hands to remain straight down with palms inwards or turned outwards. If the arms below the elbows move out to around a 30 degree angle, that is a sign of estrogen effect on males and all females with exhibit this effect. Second one is sort of dubious as I'm really unsure of what's meant, but here goes. cross you lower part of your legs at the ankle and then continue to try to cross further. Fully masculine men won't be able to further wrap where the ankle crosses or wraps to the toe. That's supposed to indicate pelvic differences. I test positive for both. I don't live with any other males nor would I bring this up around any I know to see the effects. Can anyone try this and report or does anyone know more metrics or the validity of these? The digit ratio is pretty much confirmed nowadays and considered a legitimate test.

It appears that I have masculinized hands and feminized ankles Does that make sense ? Although, I think the tests' description is not accurate enough to determine what one should actually do.

So for the first one, you're saying that when you turn your hands outward, your forearms with raise a bit if you have the feminized effect? Yeah, mine do.

I also have index fingers that are longer than my ring fingers.

Not sure I understand the ankle thing.
