The problem isn't him - it's you. He's being himself, that is, a piece of shit. You're enabling him and at the same time abusing yourself. That you're also willing to admit you have low self-esteem and willing to tolerate emotional abuse means you are unhappy. You're saying that you are ok with being unhappy?
