Anyone into the new tv show The Strain?

I'm digging the show despite its shortcomings; it`s ok if you just wanna see something on TV.

I`m really surprised by the last episode though, making an obscure reference to "los desaparecidos" in Argentina, not something your average american audience will get.

(by the way, the actress is argentinian, though her accent is not hardcore portenio, which in case is good and makes it easier for non-argentinians to understand.)

So we finally got a look at The Master. What did you guys think? I have mixed feelings about him. He was creepy but ... why wasn't I scared? Was he a bit chubby? He reminded me of the bad guy in a Porky Pig cartoon I saw as a kid.

Read the Graphic Novels(to date) & "The Fall". The TV Series is pretty faithful to the source material(except "Dutch" the hacker).

After thinking about it I think the next time we see Sardu we will be scared. Remember that was 1944 The Master was still evolving. My guess, when we see him next the look might be different. At least I hope it is. The last episode is called The Master.
