My thinking is, wow, she's a beautiful woman like no other. She's now the woman she was meant to be, and will spend every waking moment in every aspect of life ascribing to her womanhood. She has surgically gone all the way to leave no doubt what she is now all about. She's a woman and is expecting the world to treat her as such(as a male, I'll know how to treat her). All of that and more is what turns me on about post-ops, particularly if they look like Kwan.
