An Apology To the denizens of HA

To all of you with whom i interact on a regular basis, I apologize.
On a recent thread, i posed a somewhat unpopular viewpoint.
I have really strong opinions on the subject (don't ask, i have my reasons), but, it was a RIP thread, and i should have kept them to myself.
It's one of those time when you wish one of your mates had said, "Jez, SHUT THE FUCK UP"!

You are certainly the first to make a FUBAR statement here on HA or anywhere else, for that matter. Your apology is indicative of the man you are. No worries.

P.S. I read your post and I cant say I disagree with you. I can see how some might get their panties in a wad, though. It is what it is!

You know what man, everyone is entitled to an opinion. I read the post. You didn't aim at anyone on here personally, and like you've said, you've got personal reasons for your beliefs. You aren't stirring up things on here, attacking anyone else, and you weren't being a dick about it like a lot of people on here do when they post things. So if anyone disagrees with you, personally, I say fuck them!

I can disagree with you about it, like Corvettedude said, and that's cool. But don't ever feel like you have to apologize for a comment like that. If we have to put up with all the personal attacks people make on here, the racist and race baiting comments, the homophobic comments, and general doucebaggery that a lot of people on here commit regularly, I think the world of HA can put up with your opinion.

That said, you're a class act for offering an apology anyway.

it's okay...I personally hit all kinds of things when I use a touch tablet instead of my laptop, which my old hands are too clumsy for...just was curious because of the type of post , that's all. feel stupid for bringing it up. never mind.

This is not really relevant, but my best downvote of all time was when Jericho wrote a post saying he had just discovered how to check the post ratings. I clicked downvote and am still basking in the afterglow.

Anyhow, I disagreed with the post you were apologizing for but I wasn't offended at all. I know it's a controversial subject and there are a range of strong views about it. The morality of suicide could be a topic for the politics and religion forum since we deal with all sorts of heavy stuff in there. That is, if you're man enough;
