there are many meme pictures that have proper spelling and punctuation but that seems to be only when the intent is to maliciously poke fun at the picture. for example, most memes that i see with obama or gwb that are politically driven usually present with proper use of the english language. whereas most of the memes that i have seen poking fun at ARod for using steriods usually have fucked up spelling and phrases. it just depends on the target and the intent.
