Venezuelan Drag Queens

I have recently fallen under the charm, through Facebook, of someone who I hope/think is a goddess-like Venezuelan drag queen, she's in all of those pageants. I don't speak Spanish, we communicate using google chat. I tried to send her a small amount of money, but that didn't work (I don't use PayPal, another service wouldn't send the money, saying they were looking out for me).

So I was just curious if anyone out there knows much about Venezuela, the drag culture there, whether I'm a complete moron or not, how one might get money, how they are able to have these wild drag productions in a country that's economically screwed up right now. Etc.
