I'm sure there's more than one reason for this, but men's attitude is without doubt one of them. Any girl visiting this forum for only half an hour will know that most men care much more for size than shape. Several posters here have already commented in this direction and one is even admitting that he actually prefers boobs that really look fake.
Threads on natural breasted girls do generally not attract many fans. I started one quite recently on a girl that I do personally very much adore. first off, on a personal note...it is not the size that matters most to me, it is that the model has boobs at all. in my opinion, a feminine torso is not a flat torso. there are 100s of girls that have the so-called natural or hormonally induced breasts that i find attractive. but i can probably count on 1 hand the number of flat chested models that do anything for me. but that is besides the point.

i'm quite alarmed that you would reduce a very personal decision to invest in transitional surgery to the male porn fan's acceptance. porn is a means to an end and so is escorting...i would venture to say that the majority of girls in transition really couldn't care less about what a faceless person says on a porn forum because the choice for surgery is one she has to live with and be happy with beyond her porn persona.

You're perfectly entitled to disagree with me, but what you say here is just utter rubbish.

Perhaps you have forgotten, but women do a lot of things just to look appealing to men.
They try to dress in a sexy way, wear make-up, and they will undertake even more drastic changes at times.
And most women do all that just to be more attractive to men (or even other women sometimes).
This is not something any woman (gg and ts alike) needs to feel ashamed about, for it is very simply a very basic part of nature.

I concur with you @cf: there is obviously a bigger is better no matter the quality of the result. Fake tits are gonna look much better clothed than in porn.
