Stolen Content Site
I have a serious question about "stolen content sites". I posted a link a while back and it was removed because it was one of those sites. After I sent Grooby a message he was very understanding about it and explained it was a stolen site.
I've never thought of those sites as stolen content sites. I honestly thought they were somehow linked with advertising because they would link back to pay sites. I had always thought they were preview/advertising sites.
Can someone explain the difference? Has anyone else thought this as well?
Just trying to understand the difference.
Life is short. Just enjoy it.

Re: Stolen Content Site
You can't really think viewing free porn is simply "linked with advertising"
You're consuming content without paying the creator. It would be nice to get Justin Timberlake tickets for nothing but would he perform without getting paid?
I won't be an asshole and suggest I'm not on my iPad viewing freebies. But surely you can see why a porn marketing website would prohibit tube site links.

Re: Stolen Content Site
The op may be a little confused between tube sites that show long videos which obviously are stolen vs. sites which link to a few pics and/or short clips from a producer or studio.
Phone keys gum condoms lube...I don’t want to be normal.

Re: Stolen Content Site
Some companies, Grooby one (on Tgirls.com) will throw up a full length video to intice the customer to go to that site. Same can happen on numerous of sites. I have a producer account on a site that is well known as stolen site. But I only have trailers that have banners and links around it directing back to my site. But these sites have a hard time moderating customers uploading stolen goods. Best way to ever know on a tube site if its stolen or not, look below and above the video, does it say something like "See more of this at..." and does it have a banner for that site below? If its just a basic banner you can see all over that site then 9 times out of 10 its a stolen video. Most of time if I see a stolen video, I contact the companies with link to the stolen vid to get it taken down. Some sites like the one I use takes it down ASAP. But for tgirl material Tgirls.com is the best tube site for free stuff that is not stolen.

Re: Stolen Content Site
Michelle makes a great point. No all tube sites contain stolen material, Grooby owns a few of them. But if you're watching a 20 minute vid without forking over your plastic, safe bet it's stolen, and you're stealing it. You can say you're just doing what everyone else does, but that's the main part of the problem.

Re: Stolen Content Site
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx seems to be the only "legit" tube site that is "advertising" the content. Everything there is a trailer of sorts. Does anyone know if this is accurate?
It's irrelevant to my intentions to post, as I would never link anyway, but I've been curious about that site. It's good for identifying certain ladies.

Re: Stolen Content Site
Many of these tube sites work with complaints received to take down stolen content. The problem is that content uploaded to these tube sites are uploaded by thousands of users, so of course stolen content is uploaded regularly. When it comes to legal action it doesn't go anywhere as the site owner can just point the finger to the users uploading the content and their site staff are taking action to remove stolen content (in most cases). Ultimately it normally falls on the part of the users uploading stolen content and breaching the tube site's TOS.
In the world of the internet we face the problem of anonymity and the ability to create dozens of "mule" accounts in cyber space, making it currently nearly impossible to take care of a problem like this (in all virtual content trades). I would hope in the future of the internet no one will be anonymous and having ID required will make the internet a much safer place. Currently because of the anonymity of the internet it's much easier for people to commit crimes (psychologically). This ties into the Trolley Problem if you are familiar with it.

Re: Stolen Content Site
I agree 100% that these sites contain stolen content but depending on the age of the material or the fiscal relevance of it, it could actually generate traffic to the legitimate site or purchase of the DVD to see missing scenes or content especially if the vid is stamped with an identifier.
But it is the owners justifiable right to pull their material from sites like that

Re: Stolen Content Site
Two things here,
a) we have a "no linking" policy. That means we don't want links going out to stolen content sites - or legal affiliate sites. Why would we spend money on running this site only to give away free links to an affiliate, who then sells our sites and gets paid for it - or sells another site and gets paid? This site runs as a business?
We allow links to people's personal sites. We allow girls and some known producers who participate here to promote their sites but for the rest, if you want to link, then you can pay.
b) Tube sites run by mostly using stolen content. Some of the bigger ones have started allowing producers to upload and then the tube site works as an affiliate back to those sites getting paid usually 50%. Our affiliates who are running blogs, hosted galleries, forums, review sites etc, usually convert around 1:400 - 1:1000, that means for every 400 (or 1000) people that they send from their site, to one of ours, 1 reaches into their wallet and joins. Tube sites traffic converts at closer to 1:10,0000. So even though we work with some, we're not that excited about them - people who have became used to getting their content for free, rarely want to ever to have to pay for it.
