Blair Ryder cheated me

Well I did get what I wanted but I still feel like a prick for taking this to a public forum. Not really my style and I wish there was a "higher road"approach that I could have taken. Ruining someone's reputation wasn't my intention, I just wanted my money back.

I know that Blair is saying on twitter that 99 percent of what I said was untrue. I actually saved up our email and chat transcripts as proof and sent it to paypal. Interestingly enough, paypal wasn't bothered at all about the adult nature of the transaction, they just said that they couldn't reverse the charges because it wasn't a "tangible good". I always suggest either paying via paypal or amazon gift card because I know that on the cam sites, the performer takes a very small cut of what the consumer actually pays. I personally like the performer to take home 100% of the money and that is why I do paypal.
But I definitely learned my lesson and its water under the bridge now.

Speaking only as a Camgir and not a porn industry expert, I do not call paying customers mooks or any other ugly term. People who beg for freebies or steal the clips I try to sell, I call moochers or losers. I understand not everyone has good income, but being broke does not excuse theft of obnoxious begging. But people who spend money on me, I call them tippers, customers, clients, real fans or just guys.

I totally agree with you and you are right, paypal should be more consistent when enforcing the rules. I guess there are ways around the rules but I dunno. It sucks that you got banned. Sorry about that.

Actually I was not even aware that paypal was against adult themed stuff until reading the responses to this thread. I have been using paypal to buy adult stuff for years and nobody ever told me lol. You learn something new everyday I guess.

we all are happy for you. even blair.
but we all are much happier knowing that ( by simply posting a note here, that alone made a chain of reactions that restored your faith and money ).
it is people like you, who do inform us here about such things, that help straighten up the whole industry even if just a little.
