    The great American musician Bobby Womack has died aged 70. He had several hit records and wrote some winners for other major figures of 20th century music - including the Rolling Stones firt big hit "It's All Over Now."

    Glad to see him get a bit of a second wind with the Jackie Brown soundtrack. Criminally underrated. As top notch as his contemporaries Al Green and Marvin Gaye.

    I remember as a kid back in the day when his music was on R&B radio stations constantly.

    At least the music never dies.
