i am not sure if anyone is going to discuss the specifics of their business model. maybe some girl will but don't hold your breath. why do you want to know anyway?

Because I want create websites for girls who don't have one. This is just to give me an idea because girls asked me. Off course nobody is forced to respond.

problem number one is that most "solo" sites are not really solo sites. the majority of solo sites are run by grooby or smc in so far as they partner with the girls and have particular infrastructure in place already that you may not have...that is billing and box related items.

problem number two is that you must have a commitment from the girls to shoot content and amass a good deal of it upon launch.

problem number three that is indirectly related to 1 and 2 is that for a solo site to have a following, generally the model has to be well known already from work on other networks/with other established producers otherwise there is nothing to drive dudes to their page....so if a girl is already established, you are going to have to compete with larger production houses for the model sign up which is difficult to do.

me thinks you need to talk to independent site owners rather than just a blanket request to any solo site model.

also, why not act as an agent/broker for the girls and manage sites for them through the grooby or smc network? that might seems an easier route than creating something from scratch with talent that may not be well known enough to sustain rebills.

opening a porn site is, at least in 2014, so much more than just being able to upload pics and video to a slickly designed webpage. there are so many bad actors and fly by night sites nowadays that to generate sufficient revenue as a start up is tricky unless you are filling a niche that is yet untapped OR your model is in such high demand that the exclusivity deal she signs with you represents a coup for you over established productions houses.

Most all of the solo sites on Grooby now are solely ran by the girl just on the grooby network. Month to month your membership can change.
