Tapatio. I know a large number of transsexual girls - and have read even more comments here. 99 % prefer to be passive though many are prepared to be tops - for money especially (in view of the huge demand for that) and, sometimes, out of affection for their partners.

I know of two TS escorts in London - one now retired - who insist they will never transition and who prefer the active role. But they are, i submit, the exception that proves the rule.
