I guess we'll never know the full answer of why she waited so long (just 1 yr, actually) before she chose to go under the knife, unless she chooses to clear up the mystery in one of the various social media sites she uses. Obviously there could be lots of reasons, but one that sticks out for me is she might have wanted to let more natural breast tissue form from hormone treatments before having the implants. The tgirls who already have sizable hormone breasts seem to look better after implant surgery. If I remember right, Sienna was relatively late to transition and hadn't been on 'mones very long when she started the fund drive.

But I have to say, from this pic alone, her new boobies look fantastic. Better than any I've seen so soon after surgery.

I'll be bluntly honest...implants don't look like that after a week or two ...let alone 3-12 weeks.

I don't believe they are implants. Trust me, because I have implants and also seen plenty right after being under the knife. Also, she has not said "implants", she only said "boobies".

I was thinking the same thing, but I haven't had implants so I can't really say much other than what I've seen before from tons of people. I haven't seen any noticeable boob scarring on her unless there's a good way of covering that up like foundation. I just recently took care of a girl who came to Miami to have her breasts done. My friend's breasts looked exactly like this after just 1 week. Smaller implants tend to drop/fluff/heal fairly quickly.. especially if the patient already has a substantial amount of breast tissue prior to the operation.
