Silicone injections. Which are cheap and very dangerous. Great for the impatient person who has to scrounge for change in hopes to buy groceries...or weed.

Then there's...

Fat injections. Which are much more expensive then actual breast "implants". BUT the downside is that you might barely attain 1-2 cups larger...MAYBE. Reason being is that 80% of the extracted fat typically dissolves and dies off. An expensive crap shoot.

All I am saying is that they don't look like implants. She might have gotten an alternative procedure. Nothing against her at all. Just an observation. An observation with experience.
