Point. Here is your answer:

Look. There are very, very few things that I won't just walk away from. One of those is being called a racist or being told that I've called someone a racist. The term is pretty much one of the worst things you can call someone and I find it so serious that I'll defend against it ad nauseam, as will anyone who is wrongfully accused of either should.

I could care less if the last thing people think about me as I leave this forum for good is:

What I won't walk away from though is being charged with throwing out the term "racist" on somebody without an explanation. Which I've now offered FOUR times and STILL people think I picked on poor Prospero and called him a "racist". That was the only reason I created this thread... because it was getting lost in the muck of the others about what was actually stated and said.

After people finally start realizing that I've not called anyone a racist, fine. I'm gone and you can continue your life since you've obviously put it on hold for me.

Prospero, if anyone uses the race card at you than odds are: "they are the racists". I've have only interacted with you for a short while but I will say I only sense good from you. No matter what anyone may attack you for, you will continue be in good company with me.

I don't know you as many of your posts have been while I was not really paying attention to this board, so you get a pass. If you're saying that I, in fact, must be racist though... You had kind of better explain that.

Since you are posting in a thread started by me, and the only reference I have for your post is my own posts regarding Prospero, I can only assume that "I" amd the "they are the racists" that you're referring to. Care to clarify?

So, anyway, I find it amusing that everyone is totally OK with a Moderator changing and altering posts without stating so. To this very second, the modification still appears without any sort of statement about it. It took me saying that I had screenshots of the changes with times for this admission to come from Prospero himself. I find that fascinating.

Why do I care? Because it changes the entire and I mean, ENTIRE scope of the argument and it renders my stated timeline, incorrect. The way the thread now reads, it appears that Prospero called me out on the "joke" right away and then I attacked him personally for doing that, or because I was upset he ruined the "fun". If I was a casual reader, that is how I would now read the thread. That's simply not what happened.

So, all this griping about Steven being a bully, and being too harsh, etc. etc. but hey... Moderator Prospero can do whatever he wants, and do something that is far, far more egregious in my book... applause for him all around. How many of his other posts has he altered to better his argument for future readers? This admitted abuse of power... no apology... no change... just basically a "fuck you" figuratively and literally said. Thumbs up for that!

A Moderator that cannot moderate honestly should be something everyone should be against. They can potentially login as you, they can change old text, delete their own "mistakes", add to past conversations... they can do just about anything.

Honestly... I thought people would be more concerned about that. But, I guess the ol' boys club still rallies around the flag. Cool. Get out the cigars and smoke away... and by cigars, I mean cocks, and by smoke away I mean... well... you know. Oh that's right... nobody here is gay. Sorry for the mistake.

If you gave "GroobyKrissy" the TIME OR DAY to read her post in it's entirety, of which I for one did, and probably one of the few that did for that matter, as she anticipated, you would had been enlightened by her thoughts. Yes it was lengthy, but it was very worth well the time spent to read what she had to say. Everything she mentioned so applies to everyone, after reading your ridiculous comments Ashlyn!

Look... I appreciate the sentiment... I really do. However, yours is not really the kind of "help" that helps here. You've got your own issues to deal with and I am more than capable to deal with this small bit of amusement at the moment. I'm just happily writing blog posts for my network right now and kind of checking back in every now and then anyway.

As per your PM, I'm not angry or upset that you've entered into this conversation. That is the right of all Members here and if you choose to continue, do so. I just want it publicly stated that I haven't requested such.

I was also involved in a debate with Prospero when he also deleted words he said in the thread. It was some thread about Americans should be ashamed and showed a picture of Walmart. I went back to the thread and it was changed, so Krissy is quite correct in that respect.
