well...to be honest, a decent percentage of the so-called early transition or amateur style "girls" featured on some sites are no different than a "man in a dress." maybe they really are just starting out but quite a few of celebrated models are no different than the men featured above except for long hair and make up so one could make an argument for there being quite a bit of CD style porn already.

Some of the old Karen Dior stuff was class. She had charisma.

In general I think the CD's aren't as pretty as girls that have been on mones and tha means they dont appeal to as wider range of the market. With the higher quality of film now you see more of the imperfections and that counts against TV/CD's. A lot of the old CD/TV stuff was produced by gay production companies using Gay male talent where now someone like Kink uses actual TS performers for TSSeduction - 15 years back they would have used Karen Dior etc but now they seem to have done away with that.

You don't see them in today's TS porn videos because they're men. Crossdressers are not transsexuals. There were crossdressers in older TS films because there was a loose standard in TS porn when some stars weren't actually TS.

Also there were less TS that wanted to do porn and probably the population of TS was smaller, so producers turned to CS. There was a lot less TS porn at that time as well.

As we've gotten more civil rights and diversity laws, more people have felt comfortable enough to do the transition.

Some TS don't make enough to pay for all the treatments so they turn to porn.

Given a greater pool of people who want to transition, also increases the amount willing to do porn. Although there are some that just love doing it and maybe fantasized about it.
