I could be wrong but I think maybe you're getting confused with the disgusting trade in underage sex tourism. That's absolutely wrong and needs to be stamped out. You have it completely the wrong way round. Thailand you can change to being a ladyboy at a much earlier age that Brazil and it's socially acceptable to go to school as a third sex - and start hormones in their early teens.
