RIP Dave Brockie, Oderus Urungus, & Patrolman Cobb Knobbler

I never worked security for GWAR but I did for X-COPS. That was an amazingly fun show to work and must have been great to be in attendance. Bloody Cop Beatdowns on stage with loud music.

I also enjoyed watching Oderus on Red Eye. His take on issues was always interesting. That show basically sucks except when Oderus or Buzz Osbourne came by.

Unfortunately, I never saw X-Cops, but did see Gwar about 5 times....the one time we were able to get upfront, we (my gf and I) came out having a orangish look to us....from the fake blood and Oderus cumming(fake of course) on us. That was probable the first and only time that a)my gf saw me took a mouthful of cum and b)saw her swallow a load - too bad it wasn't mine that night as well!

The other great thing about Gwar, their ticket prices were always reasonable never too much. I have seen Alice Cooper more than 10 times, and every year his tickets are getting pricier (for a meet and greet $500 and that does not include a concert ticket). However last year there was a Alice Cooper, Marilyn Manson, and Gwar concert....that I would have paid for (pay even more if Manson was off the ticket and Rob Zombie would replace him).

Yeah I grew up bout an hour from Richmond in Virginia here and this will be the 4th year they do the gwar b que. A metal festival with lots of metal bands, water parks, beer, foods and etc and oh yeah gwar...............this year will be a sad sad gwar b que without gwar performing. You will be missed Davie. Give em hell Oderus Urungus where ever you may be. RIP
