Kelly. I think the parts of your video where you were talking and supporting the girls was very good. You need to do more of those types of videos/posts. Most girls do need someone in their lives with experiences and positive support. They need advice and from what I have seen you are very good when focused on helping and not venting. But you need to leave your past/current issues with the adult world and the bitterness you clearly feel away from your supportive message. It clouds it and takes away from the positive.
You’re now a business owner who like the very ones you’re complaining about could one day be at their level and make and have what they have. When/if that does happen, it will sadly be you who they are complaining about. I am not saying that some of your points are not valid or that I do not agree with some of what you have said. But some of your points focus on more personal than from a business stand point.
I have a unique past experience in this business. I am in no way on the level of any of you. But I have been both behind and in front of the camera. I have also been around since the start of the online adult boom. I have owned my own webcam ring and had models working for me. When I started my company in 2000 I was making very very good money. When the crush you have spoken of hit I lost almost 50% of my membership base in the first year and another 25% the next. I lowered membership cost. Hired more models to put on 2/3 shows a night rather than one. I was forced to cut back what I paid the girls and how many updates I provided my members. By the time I closed down my webcam site. I was paying 75% of the models pay out of my own pocket.
The story’s I have heard that some of the girls who worked for me told others was laughable. “She is not paying me while she is living in a fancy apartment and making all this money” “How dare she make all this money from my pictures and not give me 1/2” “She would not have a cam network without me” Truth. I showed the girls that stuck with me the last year of my ccbill sales account and hosting cost. When they saw that I made in one year what it cost me to run the website for 1 month. Them seeing that I was manly escorting just to pay them. Some understood others did not. You cannot please everyone.
The reality is some company’s where able to get through it. Most failed. But everyone lost money. Today the money is not what it was. This is not BS. This is fact.. It is a business like any other business people start to be successful. When their name is on the letter head and they are the ones that put years into building what they have. They can run it however they wish. If someone has issues just do not work for them. It is that simple. You think you deserve $1500 per scene. Then only work for the company’s willing to pay you that. But it is unfair to put down other companies that cannot afford or choice not to pay that fee. They again own the company and they choice how to run it. It does not matter if it is an adult company or non-adult. The same rules apply.
As for your comments about Christian. On a personal level sadly we may not see eye to eye. But I respect his work ethic. He is a good and dependable model and puts out good content. So of course he will be able to get lots of work. He also has many balls in the air in all different parts of this business. Why judge him because he is successful? Judge him on him personally is one thing but business wise he deserves credit for being a smart business man.
I found out the hard way in life that when you hold anger in and try to help others or make statements. Those statements although mostly truthful and helpful can be overshadowed by negativity. So your intent to help falls on deaf ears and turns into a mixed message of on one hand trying to help and on the other shooting yourself in the foot and not helping anyone because now they are only focused on the negative..

I didn't listen to it. Believe me 15 mins of anyone's talking head, I'm not going to waste my time on, so don't take it personally.

My question was genuine as I had no idea (and still find it hard to believe). You've done 130 hardcore scenes that have been released on DVD or web? I would have guessed at around 20.

Are you claiming you're saying something new here, though because if the point of the video is;
