An interesting article looking at why people have the desire to be 'Sissies', or watch Sissy porn, with guys dressing as girls and having sex with men.

These people are obviously completely different to Transgender or Transvesite people but could be an interesting read!

A little knowledge is a dangerous thing

I'm not promoting any paid for therapies at all, simply free knowledge I haven't even checked out that LifeStar organisation, they just added me.
I'd urge everyone not to pay such expensive amounts!

Sexuality and sexual orientation are such complicated things. While I think the author of the article is probably in the right area when talking about being aroused by being the subject of the sexual action rather than just watching it, I am not sure they are correct about the self esteem connection. Perhaps for some this is the cause of their willingness to identify as the "woman" in porn, I suspect it is not the majority.

Anecdotally, I could point to myself and say, yes, sometimes I identify with the woman in porn and am aroused by putting myself in her place, but I certainly do not have self-esteem issues. I don't consider myself a full on "sissy" though, so perhaps I am not the best example.

I think their work needs a lot more research and evidence before I will be convinced their theory is correct.
