I use ccbill and do very much like it... i hate that they have that initial 750$ visa proccessing fee but really they are the best in the buisness unless you have your own merchant account and hand built billing system...

for small to medium sites ccbill is great...

If she is in the UK like her site says, she won't have to pay it.
This fee is required for americans only, CCBillEU doesn't ask for it for businesses/individuals located in europe.

The main only reason I didnt go with them (allthough I knew they were the preferred payment method) was the $750

If you are sure they dont require it I will set up an account asap...
