so much depends upon the studios and directors, even more than the performing actors themselves, they can make or break a film.
either it can be Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight or Tim Story's ridiculous Fantastic Four.

a proper silver surfer flick would be interesting, not that FF sequel that was terrible.

ant-man could be interesting as well but i really want to stick to my decree...i've been disappointed more often than not since the major marvel push starting in 2008...and its not like before 2008, they had a bunch of winners either...

let's examine marvel movies since 1998

Blade - an excellent rendition of the character and not a bad movie/story B+
X-Men - too many actors but ultimately moderately entertaining. C+
Blade II - too many attempts at humor but ultimately, a viable sequel C+
Spider-Man - quite possibly the tightest superhero origin movie to date A-
Daredevil - well, the decline had to start somewhere D+
    X2 - the best of the X franchise A
Hulk - wow, a movie that destroys everything you know about the hulk. F
The Punisher - while not as bad as daredevil and hulk, its pretty terrible D
Spider-Man 2 - like the 1st, this was quite possibly the best sequel to a superhero movie to date A
Blade: Trinity - a failed attempt to modernize and bring youthful actors in C-
Elektra - umm, well, Garner has nice tits F
Fantastic Four - same comment for elektra except for Alba D
X-Men: The Last Stand - WTF...this was nearly the biggest clusterfuck on the list, but wait, it gets worse C-
Ghost Rider - nicholas cage loses his shit, nuff said D
Spider-Man 3 - a piece of me died when PP went emo and there were 2 too many villains F
Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer - Alba's tits were not enough D-

thus ends the part of the list that was not "Marvel Studios Proper" Though not all the remaining movies are Marvel Studios flicks, they are still being pumped out the same way just to exploit the comics

Iron Man - had so much promised and i thought i was finally going to see proper treatment of the MU in the remainder of the films A-
The Incredible Hulk - i was wrong. while not as bad as Ang Lee's version, this one was still quite shitty. C-
Punisher: War Zone - not Marvel Studios and just a piss poor cash grab so i'll pass D
X-Men Origins: Wolverine - so much potential, no little value D
Iron Man 2 - i want my bird is the only memorable part of this movie because i've blocked it from my memory D-
Thor - one bright spot but not that bring B
X-Men: First Class - Wow, a reboot that worked A-
Captain America: The First Avenger - fuck me i actually had friends fall asleep in the theater D
Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance - Nic cage loses his shit again but not even as good as the first F
Marvel's The Avengers also known as Iron Man 3 - WHAT A CLUSTERFUCK. I hate this movie on almost every level. D-
The Amazing Spider-Man - an unnecessary reboot of the franchise that disappoints terribly. D-
Iron Man 3 aka Iron Man 4 - well, if we are going to make movies like this and turn characters inside out from what they are supposed to be, what's the point of going to the movie? D
The Wolverine - an elderly adamantium guy want's wolverine's blood...yeah, good plot. D-
Thor: The Dark World - a bunch of humans defeat Malekith with tripods and paper cups. C-

Taken together...guardians of the galaxy will almost certainly disappoint. i was amped up for days of future past but that is cooling quite a bit too

Let's face it...some women just look better with their clothes ON

How is those space fighter called?
If the Viper of Battlestar Galactica was adopted as a F-16 nickname, it seems instead a Su-27/35 lookalike.
