For the record I'm not condemning all escorts or most escorts. I have plenty of friends that escort and test regularly inside and outside the porn industry. They always use rubbers and are very professional ladies. The problem is the cross contamination. When guys are seeing the $20 girl on backpage, and then seeing the high priced girl when he has money. It's a dangerous game. We should be having this conversation! It shouldn't be brushed under the rug. These are real scary numbers that we as a community should face and talk about.

I would say it's both sides dear. You can't blame just one side. There are plenty of men out there that are going on backpage taking the $20 deals and/or paying extra for bareback sex. I mean it's the community in general.

Many trans-women use men as well for self-esteem not just for cash. They will get on these dating sites hooking up as well as taking their regular clients. There is a bunch of poor behavior on both sides wouldn't you agree?

For the record I don't call men chasers. I don't even think most men fit the criteria of what a chaser would be in my mind. A chaser to me is someone that doesn't care what a girl looks like as long as she is hung and has a wig on. She doesn't even need to be transitioned. Just get her on his "list of accomplishments". There are more GG's escorting, but biological realities make it much harder to catch HIV from a GG escort...why?...simply because a man having insertive vaginal sex with a GG escort is way less risky than a man having receptive sex with a TS escort. Anal receptive sex his THE riskiest sex act and that is exactly what a lot of clients seek from a TS escort...anal insertive would come in second place.
Clients should always wear condoms when seeing an escort if they want to be safe. I always used to say - when hobbying, mentally treat all escorts as if they are HIV+" ...and some of the girls on this site would think that I assumed that they were dirty and diseased, but that is NOT what I meant. If a client considers all girl to be HIV+ then he will protect himself accordingly...or not take the risk at all, as opposed to being reckless and then only blaming the girl when things go bad.

I would like to think you didn't mean most of this in the literal sense - times have changed. You need to become HIV positive before you can get AIDS and if detected in time, you can now take better drugs than ever , to make sure it never progresses to AIDS...which , of course, also means that it isn't necessarily a death sentence any more. Many people can now live long lives even though they test positive.

If I had to , right at this moment, at my age, make a choice between Diabetes and HIV..I would pick HIV because my chances of survival and quality of life would be much higher. In my opinion.

No one ever asks how the study was conducted, no ask how was the sample taken. All you have to do is call the CDC who never does the study themselves and ask how the study was taken and boom you will find you answer. Its never done well and people usually think it is.

Not necessarily, I believe many escorts, like most people, contract the virus from their lovers...though I would assume that many Johns are positive never the less.
But statistically it probably wouldn't take a lot of Johns to spread HIV...especially amongst a niche business. Look at any review thread and see how many providers a single client sometimes sees.
